When Will I get my order??
Local Delivery (PL Postcodes):
Delivery will be made within the time/date window selected by you using the calendar located in the basket during checkout. We aim to deliver as close as possible within the time limit chosen, but unfortunately at times inclement weather and traffic may impact this.
Please note, if you did not chose a date and time when checking out, you may have paid using an express payment method such as Apple/Google pay etc, which bypasses our normal checkout method. If this is the case please get in touch with us as soon as possible to choose the time window. Any orders received without a time slot will be delivered same day on the next available time slot.
Any orders placed after 6pm must be from our LATE MENU for same night delivery. Any local orders placed after 6pm from ANY section other than the late menu will not be delivered until the following day.
Local Delivery Charges:
To avoid delays/cancelled order please select the relevant area for where you live when checking out. Each zone has its own delivery fee.
Free Delivery for spends over £40.00
Minimum spend of £6.00 applies on the website. Orders under this will incur a standard £3.99 delivery fee.
UK Postal Delivery Orders:
We deliver across the UK. To have your order sent out via post please scroll down at checkout and select the ''UK WIDE'' Postal option to ensure there is no delay in posting. (Please do not select the local delivery options)
Postal orders are picked & packed Monday to *Friday (*Up to 12pm)
Orders placed on a Friday (after 12pm), Saturday or Sunday will processed on the Monday. For orders up to 2kg we use Royal Mail. Large bulk orders will require a signature,and may be shipped by an alternative courier company.

Up to 5kg (5000g): £3.99
Please note that your posted parcel can be delivered between 9am and 8pm we unfortunately are unable to control the time of the delivery.
Circumstances outside of our control such as traffic, Inclement weather and busy periods may see an increase in delivery times.

Royal Mail requests up to 14 days for deliveries during busy periods. If your order has still not arrived within this time, please get in touch.
We aim to post all orders within 48 hours (2 working days) of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched within 2 working days from Monday. During our extremely busy periods, standard postage orders will be dispatched within 3 working days at the very most. .
We do not post out on Bank Holidays.
If the address provided during checkout is incomplete or incorrect, we will not be held liable for missing, misplaced or otherwise ‘claimed/stolen’ deliveries. You the customer, will be liable for any costs incurred to resend your order. We will not provide a refund under these circumstances.
A posted parcel can only be classed as missing after 14 days.
We are unable to refund your order based on postal delays.
If Royal Mail/chosen courier service states that a parcel has been refused by the recipient, we require another delivery fee to resend your package. If a refund is required (only on non-personalised/Picked options), then the refund will be minus shipping costs.
