- Do you deliver UK wide?
We do! To have your order posted please scroll down to select the UK Wide Postal delivery option at checkout. Orders are normally picked & processed and sent out the following day. (Just remember to select the correct delivery option to avoid an delays in getting your goodies)
- Can I pick my own sweets?
Yes, you sure can. We are one of the only companies that offer you an easy to use true Pick n Mix experience delivered locally same night. And posted UK wide.
For *same day local delivery* Pick 'n' mix orders must be received by 6pm. Any Pick n Mix orders received after this time will be processed the following day.(*Same night applies to Plymouth/Local areas only. Check coverage areas HERE)
- What can I order?
For UK postal delivery you can order anything at anytime, which is normally processed and sent out the following day.
For Local (PL postcode zones) You can order from the whole website, right up to 6pm for same day delivery! After 6pm, if you want ''same day delivery'' you can order from our LATE MENU, This is a curated collection of sweet mixes and more available after our cut off which the driver has with them.
-Do you accept Cash?
Yes we do (excludes postal) We accept cash, card and PayPal transactions. Please make sure you checkout to the end for these options and don’t use express checkout methods if you would like to pay ''cash on delivery''.
- When will I get my order?
Local Delivery (PL postcode zones):
Delivery will be made within the time/date window selected by you using the calendar located in the basket during checkout. We aim to deliver as close as possible within the time limit chosen, but unfortunately at times inclement weather and traffic may impact this.
Please note, if you did not chose a date & time when checking out, you may have paid using an express payment method such as apple pay ect, which bypasses our normal checkout method. If this is the case please get in touch with us as soon as possible to choose the time window. Any orders received without a time slot will be delivered same day on the next available time slot.
Any orders placed after 6pm must be from our LATE MENU for same night local delivery.
Orders placed after 6pm from any section other than the late menu will not be delivered until the following evening (6pm-10pm)
Local delivery charges apply: Select relevant option at checkout. Failure to do so will result in a cancelled order: Minimum spend of £5 Applies. Orders under this will incur a £3.99 delivery charge.
UK Postal Delivery Orders:
Postal orders are picked & packed Monday to *Friday (*Up to 12pm) Orders placed on a Friday (after 12pm), Saturday or Sunday will processed on the Monday.
Current Postal delivery charges:
Up to 5kg (2000g): : £3.49
Please note that your parcel can be delivered between 9am and 8pm we unfortunately are unable to control the time of the delivery.
Circumstances outside of our control such as traffic, Inclement weather and busy periods may see an increase in delivery times.Any questions please contact before ordering.
- How do I Pay? You can securely pay via our website using Debit/Credit card, Paypal and Google & Apple pay (Please ensure if you use an ''express checkout'' that your shipping address is correct)
- Do you deliver to my area? We operate a local nightly sweet delivery service and a UK wide postal service. Pretty sweet right? For more information take a peek HERE
-Can I chose a different day/date for delivery?
You can! In the basket/cart you will find a calendar tool that allows you to select any date and a time slot for delivery on your preferred date/time.
If you are unable to select a specific time/date this may be as all slots are full on or we are not delivering on a certain date.
- Can you supply Bulk/Corporate orders?

- Do you cater for certain allergens/dietary requirements? We offer a Vegan mixed box and also list/tag if a product is gluten free/dairy free/Vegetarian, but please note we cannot 100% guarantee items due to manufacturing/handling from suppliers who may manufacture other allergen containing products .
If you have an allergy, please contact us BEFORE ordering.
We must inform you that all of our products may contain traces of nuts & sesame and other allergens due to the environment they are packed/manufactured in.

We reserve the right to withdraw products at our discretion at any time.
We have made every effort to describe the products shown on this website as accurately as possible. Pictures are examples of the products for website purposes. You agree and are aware that what you receive may differ in content.
Packaging can vary for each product. The packaging shown may differ slightly to accommodate any posting requirements.
Ingredients are updated as soon as we are provided with the relevant updated information. If you have any concerns at all regarding ingredients, please get in touch using the contact form.
Our sweet selection is changing regularly and therefore the contents that you receive in your sweet boxes will also change regularly.
Allergens: Please note that our sweet boxes are all made in the same vicinity and may contain milk – wheat – Soya – Egg – Nut Traces. Our full list of products available and the ingredients can be found on each pick n mix product.
If you have a severe allergy please notify us before purchasing!
Please ensure that any spelling is correct for personalised gift notes. We will not be held responsible, nor offer refunds for any spelling errors.
Refunds & Returns
We are unable to accept returns under any circumstances due to health and hygiene regulations.
Refunds cannot be given on undelivered or refused packages, or on bespoke products – This includes personalised Items, self-created Pick n Mixed items.
For non-bespoke/Self chosen products, that are returned to us following a refusal or non-delivery, a refund may be considered, at our discretion, following an investigation of the item.
Where refunds are provided, at our discretion, postage/delivery costs incurred will not be included.
We are unable to compensate for any issues after 28 days from ordering.
Should you be unhappy with your order or there is an issue with your purchase, please get in touch.
Your Order
Amendments can not be made to your order once the order has been processed.

All payments made via our website are made via a secured payment portal within our website.
If you have a question regarding a product please ask before you place your order. Once orders have been placed we can not amend them.
Pick n Mix/Create your own bundle: Whilst we try to maintain stock levels on our Pick and Mix section at times due to supply, individual products may go out of stock with short notice. If an item/product is unavailable upon packing your sweet box, a substitute will be provided in the form of an additional 100g scoop(s) from the sweets you have already selected (or similar sweets to those unavailable) to make up the weight.
Please note that our Pick n Mix/Self created option is a selection of mixed sweets, chosen by the you. These are not individually bagged sweets, they are placed together in the same bag/box in 100g scoops or as weight specified. All self chosen Pick n Mix sweets are mixed together and sold in in either food safe boxes or clear, sealed pouches for freshness.
For mixed sweets including pre-mixed & pick & mix boxes, we recommend these are consumed within 28 days of purchase. We can not be held responsible for any reduction in quality due to storage conditions after you receive your items.
Discount Codes
Our discount codes are not to be used against our trade orders unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to block single users from using discount codes if we feel that said discount codes are being used inappropriately or against our policy.
If you are allocated a discount code, they must be used within 3 month of allocation, unless specifically stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to withdraw discount codes at any time without explanation or reason.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all of our coupons and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons or discount codes, or used on ‘sale’ items.
